If you want to send a message only to tenants of one building, you can select that, or you can filter out only the tenants that have an outstanding balance greater than X amount. Then, once you’ve found all the people you want to reach out to, you can send your message, and it will go to each person individually, and they will be able to respond to you in their own chats, allowing you to easily sort through their replies without getting bogged down!

Message Templates

Now, you can message one person at a time, or a whole building! But you still have to figure out what to actually message! With online property management software, you can set up email and text templates to pull data directly from the system, and to have ready for commonly sent messages, such as rent reminders or scheduled maintenance. These templates are completely customizable and able to be set up exactly to your liking, and will pull from specific fields across the system, so once you set the template up once, it will grab what you need all subsequent times.
