Available Position: Senior Account Executive

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years experience selling SAAS products to warm and cold leads.
  • Experience in developing relationships with new customers.
  • Cold outreach and self motivated lead generation experience.
  • Developed sales closing experience.
  • Proven quota attainment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of targets.
  • Experience building channel partnerships.
  • Experience in exceeding quota attainment.
  • Track record of consistent closing success.
  • Fundamental knowledge of general accounting.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambitious team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide web conference demos.

Your Role as a Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you’re selling the Property Matrix platform to mid-sized property management companies. Your vision to apply new solutions to businesses combined with your communications skills and analytical abilities shape how new and existing property management companies grow.

You persistently explore and uncover business needs of Property Matrix’s key prospects and understand how our wide range of features can grow their business and streamline their daily operations.

You call on new opportunities from our detailed in-house list of cold prospects that includes contacts, phone numbers as well as emails.

You also receive warm leads of contacts that request more information and schedule demos through our website. When working to expand our channel partners program, you reach out to accounting firms and establish strategic partnerships for future referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
  • Maintain continuing lead generation for new business through phone and email prospecting.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed revenue and growth objectives.
  • Execute demand generation activities to build and maintain pipeline coverage throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Present potential clients with demonstrations and feature benefits of the Property Matrix software.
  • Achieve 2 month ramp and full annual quota.

Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission
Total Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000+
