Property Matrix is located in Culver City, CA right off the exits of 90 and the 405, so it’s easy to get here from any part of Los Angeles. We’re also just 10 minutes from LAX.
Our office is in a beautiful business park with a large, free parking lot. That means parking is never a problem for our employees. The business park is surrounded by lovely neighborhoods, which many of our employees call home.
We’re minutes from restaurants and shopping. In fact, we’re right next to the Westfield Mall, so you can walk right over! The location is truly ideal.
The Property Matrix office fills an entire floor in our building. There are lots of windows, so we get a lot of natural light throughout the day. When you need to get outside for a break, we have two relaxing balconies to choose from.
