Software Support Representative

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree that includes a course in accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and software platforms
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Interest in customer service and client support
Comfortable working in a Windows-based software environment
Good general computer troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior bookkeeping experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with clients or customers
Comfortable explaining technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
Experience with Windows operating systems, software setup, and basic technical troubleshooting
Eager to take on new challenges and grow within a supportive team

In this role, you will support both of our software products — Property Matrix and Digital Waybill — helping clients understand product functionality, resolve issues, and get the most value from their software. Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Support Representative to join our team in a client-facing role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new technology, and explaining software in a clear and engaging way. Since this role supports software connected to accounting and day-to-day business operations, candidates should have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
You will work directly with clients across both Property Matrix and Digital Waybill by answering questions, resolving issues, and onboarding new users. Because Digital Waybill is a Windows-based software application, this role also requires comfort working in Windows environments and strong computer troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, professional support to clients using Property Matrix and Digital Waybill
Respond to client questions and troubleshoot software-related issues with accuracy and care
Assist with onboarding new clients and help ensure a smooth transition into the software
Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and excellent service
Collaborate with internal team members to improve the overall customer experience
Learn both platforms in depth and confidently guide clients through day-to-day usage
Help identify common client needs and share feedback that supports product and service improvements
Assist clients with Windows-related setup, navigation, and troubleshooting as needed for Digital Waybill

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
